Curtin Annual Student Satisfaction Survey 2015 (CASS) – Offshore Partner- SLIIT

 All Curtin Students,

 Please collect survey feedback forms from faculty administrators ASAP and return on or before 05th of September 2015.

Students should collect and return the completed forms to following officers in their respective faculties.


Ms. Sachi – 08th Floor- Faculty of Computing

Ms. Pubuduni / Ms. Subhani – 05th Floor – Faculty of Engineering

 Please note:


  • Completing the Survey is compulsory and only regular students should attend.
  • Students should put their details on the form including campus location – if they don’t know their Curtin student ID, it is okay to record just full name and date of birth.
  • Complete the survey neatly and tick within the boxes.
  • All 4 pages of the survey should completed.


All students who completed the survey will be entered into the main prize draw as specified on the form.

Open for CURRENT IT & Engineering students at SLIIT.

20 students will be selected and invited to the Curtin / SLIIT event to be held on the 20th of August at

Cinnamon Grand - Ivy Room 6.00 p.m. onwards. The invited students will also have a chance to bring their parents to the event.

Students who have completed their practicals two weeks ago and haven't submitted their lab reports are informed to submit them on or before 15th May, 2015. The lab report should consist of following sections.
